We are pleased to share that AZB & Partners has successfully advised and represented a leading investment management platform before the District Court at Saket in a civil suit. The team initially secured the deletion of the various Key Managerial Personnel and multiple employees from the proceedings and thereafter successfully obtained the dismissal of the entire suit within a span of little over a year.

The firm effectively defended the client while ensuring continued protection of its business operations against claims brought by a former employee.
