Abercrombie & Kent (UK) Group in a trademark dispute before the Saket District Court, Delhi.

AZB & Partners successfully advised and represented Abercrombie & Kent (UK) Group in a trademark dispute before the Saket District Court, Delhi.
AZB was involved after an ex parte injunction was issued against our client, temporarily halting its operations in India and even seeking to geo-block its global domain access within India.

Acting swiftly, the firm presented a compelling case before the Court. The Court was pleased to modify its earlier order rolling back the sweeping restrictions and allowing the client to resume operations in India. The relief secured was critical, not only restoring business continuity but also safeguarding the client’s international digital presence and preserving the value of its brand.

The matter was led by Senior Partner Rajendra Barot, Partners Nandan Pendsey, Esq. and Dr. Abhimanyu Chopra, with support from Senior Associates Aman Chaudhary, Aayush S. Sharma and Associate Kushagra Jain.
