Accion Digital Transformation Fund, LP (Accion) and Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA) on their exit.

AZB & Partners advised Accion Digital Transformation Fund, LP (Accion) and Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA) on their exit from IKF Finance Limited by way of secondary sale to Creador. We had advised both Accion and TIAA on their original investment in IKF Finance and the present deal resulted in AZB advising on the entire life cycle of investment.
