AZB & Partners acted for Amansa Investments Limited on its acquisition of a minority stake in IP-led pharmaceutical company Rubicon Research Limited by way of secondary sale by General Atlantic Singapore RR PTE Limited to Amansa, for purchase consideration of INR 250 crores.
