AZB & Partners acted for American professional bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman in relation to assignment of intellectual property to Bright Life India Private Limited (“BLPL”), d/b/a HealthKart, for use within India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. The deal also involved Ronnie Coleman acquiring certain equity stake in BLPL.
