AZB & Partners recently advised Axis Capital Limited and HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited on an on-market sale of 9,630,818 equity shares of Ather Energy Limited by National Investment and Infrastructure Fund II, which aggregated to INR 5,415.76 million (approximately USD 61.04 million).
