Blue Jet Healthcare Limited and its promoters on the sale of 10,734,529 equity shares.

AZB & Partners recently advised Blue Jet Healthcare Limited and its promoters on the sale of 10,734,529 equity shares by Akshay Bansarilal Arora (one of the Promoters), i.e., 6.19% of the equity share capital, which aggregated to approx. INR 7,353 million. The sale took place by way of an offer for sale through the stock exchange mechanism towards compliance with the minimum public shareholding requirement.
