Board of JB Pharma in Torrent Pharmaceutical’s acquisition of a 46.39% controlling stake in JB Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals

AZB & Partners represented the Board of JB Pharma in Torrent Pharmaceutical’s acquisition of a 46.39% controlling stake in JB Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals from KKR valuing JB Pharma at ₹25,689 crore. The transaction also involved the simultaneous merger approval of JB Pharma with Torrent.
