Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited on the sale of 174,209,815 Equity Shares

AZB & Partners recently advised Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited (“Broker”) on the sale of 174,209,815 Equity Shares, i.e. 5.00% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital aggregating to INR 4,470.55 million of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited by the President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India. The sale took place by way of an offer for sale through the stock exchange mechanism.
