AZB & Partners successfully represented a foreign lawyer who acted as an investor nominee director of an Indian company in a quashing petition before the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court and were successful in getting complete stay of proceedings which were initiated under Section 138 read with 141 Negotiable Instruments Act before the Trial Court at Ambala, Haryana.
