Fortis Healthcare Limited on the acquisition of People Tree Hospital in Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore

AZB & Partners advised Fortis Healthcare Limited (“FHL”) on the acquisition of People Tree Hospital in Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore (“PTHY”) by way of a 100% acquisition of TMI Healthcare Private Limited, the entity under which PTHY business operations reside. This acquisition was undertaken by FHL’s wholly owned subsidiary, International Hospital Limited (“IHL”), along with the acquisition of the building and the underlying land of PTHY and an adjunct land parcel.
