AZB & Partners represented InCred Growth Partners Fund I and InCred Wealth on their recent acquisition of a minority stake in IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, for an aggregate consideration amount of ~INR 120 Crore. The capital raised by IL JIN will help accelerate its growth plans across the electronics segment, expand manufacturing capabilities, and pursue strategic acquisitions to strengthen its market position in India’s fast-evolving electronic ecosystem.
