AZB & Partners advised IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust and the Placement Agents, namely, AXIS (AXIS Capital) Limited, Ambit Private Limited, Avendus Capital Private Limited, NovaaOne Capital Private Limited and SBI Capital Markets Private Limited as sole counsel on the institutional placement of units by IndiGrid aggregating up to INR 15,000 million.
