Infosys Limited on its buyback of equity shares, which aggregated to approximately ₹ 180 billion

AZB represented Infosys Limited on its buyback of equity shares, which aggregated to approximately ₹ 180 billion (₹ 1,800 per equity share), and is the largest share buyback this year till date.

The buyback was undertaken on a proportionate basis through the tender offer route.
