AZB & Partners advised Long Path Partners on all India law aspects of the proposed take-private acquisition of Idox Plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange which has an Indian wholly owned subsidiary, Idox India Private Limited. The approximate aggregate deal consideration is USD 438 million.
