AZB & Partners acted for Mirae Asset Securities Co. Ltd. and Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Pvt. Ltd. on the 100% acquisition of Sharekhan Limited and Human Value Developers Private Limited. Sharekhan Limited is one of the largest stockbroker entities in India and a pioneer in the field.
