AZB & Partners successfully represented Mr. Himanshu Gupta before the Securities and Exchange Board of India in the matter concerning trading based on stock recommendations aired on Zee Business.

Following detailed submissions, multiple rounds of document inspection, and a personal hearing, SEBI concluded that the material on record, including WhatsApp chats, was insufficient to substantiate the allegations against Mr. Gupta. Accordingly, the proceedings initiated against him have been disposed of without any directions or penalties. Notably, Mr. Gupta is the only individual in the matter to have secured such an outcome.
