AZB & Partners advised Namo Realtech Private Limited (“Namo”) in availing INR 350 Crores financing from BGO and Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC. We also advised BGO & Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC on the various complexed real estate regulatory and other issues involved in financing and security enforcements.

Our transaction team for Namo comprised our Senior Partners Hardeep Sachdeva and Ravi Bhasin, Counsel Sahil Tandon, Senior Associate Siddhant Bhasin, Associates Archit Bansal, Aditi Shekhar and Siddharth Tomar.
