One of India’s fast-growing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) companies in proceedings before the Gurgaon District Court

AZB & Partners successfully represented one of India’s fast-growing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) companies in proceedings before the Gurgaon District Court under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

The petition sought interim reliefs to restrain our client from proceeding with its proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO). After detailed submissions, the Court declined to grant any injunctive relief against the IPO, enabling our client to move forward with its public listing process.

The matter was led by Senior Associate Aman Chaudhary and Associate Kushagra Jain, with invaluable strategic guidance and inputs from Senior Partner Mr. Vijayendra Pratap Singh and Partner Dr. Abhimanyu Chopra.

We are pleased to have assisted our client in protecting its commercial interests at a pivotal stage of its growth journey.
