Saatvik Green Energy Limited on its initial public offering of equity shares

AZB & Partners recently advised and represented Saatvik Green Energy Limited (“Saatvik Green”) on its initial public offering of equity shares (“IPO”), which was undertaken by way of fresh issue and offer for sale, aggregating to INR 9,000 million.

Saatvik Green is one of the fastest growing module manufacturing companies in India and have established themselves as a key player in India’s solar energy market.

The book running lead managers to the IPO were DAM Capital Advisors Limited, Ambit Private Limited, and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited.
