SEBI Circular on Review of Framework for Conversion of Private InvIT into Public InvIT

SEBI has, by way of a Circular dated August 8, 2025, revised provisions relating to the conversion of privately listed InvIT to publicly listed InvIT, provided under Chapter 14 of the Master Circular on InvITs dated July 11, 2025, to streamline minimum sponsor contribution requirements and align the procedure and disclosure requirements for conversion of privately listed InvITs with those for a follow-on offer.
