SEBI Publishes Revised Format of Disclosure Document for Portfolio Managers

SEBI has, by way of a Circular dated September 9, 2025, mandated all SEBI registered Portfolio Managers (‘PM’), to adopt the revised format for the disclosure document, which is mandatorily required to be provided by a PM to its clients who are availing PM services. The updated disclosure document of the PM should be simultaneously communicated to the clients, updated on the website of the PM and be filed with SEBI within seven working days from the date of change. The provisions of this Circular are applicable with immediate effect.
