Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on their acquisition of Coastal Cloud Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries.

AZB & Partners advised Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on their acquisition of Coastal Cloud Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries for an enterprise value of USD 700 million. Coastal Cloud is Salesforce summit partner and Salesforce Ventures portfolio company offering consulting, implementation and managed services across multiple Salesforce clouds, and has strong data and AI expertise. This deal has been reported as the largest acquisition by the software exporter to date and one of the largest by an Indian IT firm.

Our transaction team comprised our Senior Partner Ashwath Rau, Partner Prerak Ved, Senior Associate Abhay Raj Singh Bundela and Associate Hardik Batra; with support from our Senior Partner Bharat V Budholia on anti-trust aspects and from our Senior Consultant Mr. Padmanabhan for his guidance on FEMA aspects.
