AZB & Partners advised Technique Solaire Group on its strategic acquisition, through its Indian subsidiary, JLNT Energy 9 Private Limited, of 100% stake in ReNew (Rajasthan) Solar Power Private Limited from ReNew Solar Power Private Limited, a subsidiary of ReNew Energy Global. The target company operates a 100 MW solar power project in Tamil Nadu.
