AZB & Partners acted as legal advisors for the TMF Group, a leading global provider of administrative and compliance services, on their recent acquisition of 100% of the share capital of JSS Pro Services Private Limited, an India-based provider of accounting and tax, human resources and payroll, and company secretarial services.
