TVS Capital on its investment into Neysa

AZB & Partners advised TVS Capital on its investment into Neysa (an AI acceleration cloud platform startup), as part of the funding led by Blackstone at a US$1.4 billion valuation.

Our deal team comprised our Partner Vasudha Asher, Senior Associates Shreshth Bhartia and Tanay Chopra, and Associate Ria Doshi, with support from Associates Nishita Agrawal and Rikhil Haldar. Competition law aspects were handled by our Senior Partner Bharat V Budholia, along with Associates Anmol Awasthi and Arth Doshi.
