Revised Conditions for Engaging Women in Night Shifts in Haryana (May 2025)

Our update relates to the Haryana Labour Department notification dated May 8, 2025 that has revised the conditions for engagement of women employees in night shifts in establishments engaged in IT, ITES, banking, three-star or above hotels, hundred per cent export-oriented establishments, logistics and warehousing sectors in Haryana.
