AZB & Partners advised Veolia India on its partnership with Welspun Enterprises Limited for providing operation and maintenance services for a period of 15 years for the 910 MLD Drinking Water Treatment Plant at Panjrapur, a key infrastructure project supporting Mumbai’s growing water needs. The transaction involved assisting Veolia on complex transaction structuring to abide by the bid requirements.
