AZB & Partners advised Wave Beverages Private Limited (“Wave Beverages”) and its selling shareholders, Chadha Family and Kandhari Family, on this approx. INR 1,000 crore deal involving Kandhari Global Beverages Private Limited acquiring equity stake and control of the bottling operations for Coca-Cola in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh of Wave Beverages.
