Wikimedia Foundation before the Supreme Court of India.

We successfully represented the Wikimedia Foundation before the Supreme Court of India, which has set aside a Delhi High Court order directing the takedown of content on English Wikipedia. In doing so, the Supreme Court has also laid down important principles and guidelines to be followed by courts when considering postponement of publication of content on court proceedings.
