Dharma Productions Private Limited and others for the transfer of Cornerstone Entertainment LLP’s 45% stake in DCA to Dharma Productions.

AZB & Partners represented Dharma Productions Private Limited (“Dharma Productions”), Dharma Cornerstone Agency (“DCA”), Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and their affiliates for the transfer of Cornerstone Entertainment LLP’s 45% stake in DCA to Dharma Productions. DCA will be rebranded to Dharma Collab Artist Agency and will be the exclusive platform for conducting talent management ventures of Dharma Productions, now co-owned by Karan Johar and Adar Poonawala.
