Gentari (formerly Amplus) on drafting, negotiating and successfully executing a suite of project contracts.

AZB & Partners advised Gentari (formerly Amplus) on drafting, negotiating and successfully executing a suite of project contracts, on a split structure basis, for its 153MW wind power project spread across Karur District, Tirupur District and Dindigul District in Tamil Nadu. The projects will be developed under two separate SPVs – Amplus Theta and Amplus Sun Beat. The transaction forms part of one of the largest project orders or executions announced by Inox Wind Limited.
