Proud to share that AZB & Partners’ Mumbai & Chennai offices advised Haier Group on the strategic sale of a 49% stake in its wholly owned Indian arm, Haier Appliances India, to Bharti Enterprises and Warburg Pincus.

This transaction reflects the growing confidence in India’s consumer appliances sector and marks a significant milestone in Haier’s India journey.

The transaction was guided by the strategic leadership of our Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Zia Mody.
