JC Flowers Asset Reconstruction Private Ltd. in relation to a dispute with Mr. Nitesh Shetty and his group companies.

AZB & Partners successfully represented JC Flowers Asset Reconstruction Private Ltd. (“JC Flowers”) in relation to a dispute with Mr. Nitesh Shetty and his group companies (“Nitesh Group”) before multiple forums including the Debt Recovery Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Karnataka High Court for recovery of the amounts due to JC Flowers.

After a long-drawn litigation between JC Flowers and Nitesh Group before multiple forums, a settlement was reached between the parties with Nitesh Group repaying the entire outstanding amount of several hundred crores to JC Flowers.

The team consisted of Hardeep Sachdeva (Senior Partner), the
