AZB & Partners advised KKR on their acquisition (from CPPIB and OTPP) of ~10% stake in National Highways Infrastructure Trust (an InvIT sponsored by National Highways Authority of India, which houses 26 operational toll road assets across 12 States in India) for ~INR 3,000 crores.
