AZB & Partners is representing the promoters of Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited (Indo Borax) on the sale of their entire holding (more than 50%) in Indo Borax to Zenrock Chemicals and Edelweiss for ~ INR 4.2 Billion. Indo Borax is listed on the stock exchanges and the transaction has triggered a tender offer in terms of the SEBI Takeover Regulations.
