Samsung Electronics on its acquisition of FläktGroup.

AZB & Partners represented Samsung Electronics on the India related aspects of its proposed acquisition of FläktGroup, a leading global heating, ventilation and air conditioning solutions provider, for EUR 1.5 billion, from the European investment firm Triton. This will be a significant acquisition by Samsung, and the move is expected to help Samsung meet the growing cooling needs of data centres used for artificial intelligence (AI) projects.

Our deal team comprised our Senior Partner Alka Nalavadi, Partner Kunal Kumbhat, Senior Associate Shailesh Singh, and Associates Anushka Mehta, Khushi Bafna and Pratham Pratap Mohanty.
