Anshuman has a broad range of experience in cross-border transactions, acquisitions, divestures and restructuring of businesses, representing both acquirer and sell side in M&A and private equity transactions. He regularly advises domestic and multinational clients across various sectors, including e-commerce, financial services, retail, education, healthcare, IT and manufacturing.
