Ashnee Desai is part of the Mumbai office. Ashnee has over 10 years of experience in banking and finance. She advises Indian and international banks, NBFCs, domestic alternative investment funds (AIFs) as well as Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) across various onshore and offshore debt financing transactions, including structured finance, private credit, sponsor finance and leveraged finance.
