Ishita is experienced in providing sophisticated advisory and leading complex deals as well as high value commercial contracts for banks, NBFCs, fintech players and marquee investors across India, U.S. and MENA markets.

Working shoulder to shoulder with clients, she architects Acquisitions, Investments, Restructurings and Regulatory approvals under RBI, SEBI, and FDI frameworks, delivering regulator-ready solutions from structuring to execution.

IAPP qualified, she contributes regularly to industry discussions on privacy laws and evolution of AI frameworks and its impact on the fintech and financial services in India. Ishita is a dual-qualified Attorney and holds licenses to practice in India and New York.
