Sarah Jayne Rufus has 20 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance and Aviation. Sarah has advised airlines in India on a range of matters and specialises in negotiating purchase and maintenance agreements with aircraft and engine manufacturers. She has also advised on various aircraft and engine financing and leasing arrangements and structuring pre-delivery payment financing for airlines. Sarah has advised on various aviation disputes, including lease defaults, repossession of aircraft, redelivery disputes, service-related deficiencies, and OEM settlement agreements.
