I am passionate about contributing to the development of insolvency law since I had the unique opportunity of assisting in the drafting of the Indian Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (2016). I am driven by the prospect of pushing the boundaries of insolvency law in resolving distressed situations while creating value for clients and effecting policy change.

Suharsh holds a Masters in Science in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford, as well as an LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the Wharton Business School. Additionally, he is qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
