Acted for modern digital services organization Improving, on its acquisition of InfraCloud.

AZB & Partners acted for modern digital services organization Improving, on its acquisition of InfraCloud, a company specializing in AI cloud services and application modernization using cloud-native and open source technologies. This is Improving’s first acquisition in India and aims to boost its development capabilities in Asia.

Our deal team comprised our Senior Partner Srinath Dasari, Partner Gautam Rego, Senior Associate Mridula Sriram, Associates Shubhangi Agarwal, Varun Anand and Ishika Jain.
