AZB & Partners advised the liquidator of Jet Airways and the transaction advisor, EY on the sale of 3 Boeing 777 aircrafts and 6 engines to Ace Aviation (Challenge Group), a Malta-based entity, under the IBC and liquidation framework, for a consideration of USD 46 million.
