AZB & Partners is advising KKR on their proposed acquisition (along with Singtel) of 82% (taking their ownership to 100%) of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (a platform engaged in operation of data centres in ~15 countries, with significant operations in India) for USD 5.1 billion. This deal marks the largest investment by KKR in the APAC infrastructure sector.
