With over 19 years of experience, Abhinav Ashwin specializes in direct tax matters. He also supports the Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and General Corporate practice. Abhinav regularly advises domestic and international clients on a range of direct tax and international tax issues, with a special focus on India entry, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, permanent establishment issues, aircraft leasing, employee incentives and succession/ estate planning.
