He specializes in merger control mandates, cartelization and abuse of dominance cases. Ram advises Indian and foreign clients on complex matters across various sectors including digital markets and e-commerce platforms, pharmaceuticals, media, petrochemicals, energy, FMCG, and glass. Ram holds an LL.M. from the National University of Singapore and a postgraduate diploma in competition economics from the King’s College, London.
